Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

We've both always been the type of people who love to spend time in the kitchen. Ever since we were little, we loved to cook and it always seems to be a place we can both work and create things together. Whilst many people approach this creative space with caution, we thrive in the environment, tackling every recipe and putting our own flare on it. This particular recipe is one that needs few skills and is the perfect sweet treat for either a special occasion or just your average night in. 


Ingredients: 
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Chocolate buttons (we used milk and white chocolate Nestle Melts)
  • Toppings of choice (we used crushed pistachios, desiccated coconut, left over melted chocolate)
Method:
  1. Line a flat tray with baking paper.
  2. Wash the strawberries and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Melt chocolate buttons over a bain marie. 
  4. Dip strawberries in the melted chocolate and place on baking paper.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate-dipped strawberries with topping of choice before the chocolate sets. 
  6. Allow the chocolate to cool down. This process is faster if you place them in the fridge. 
  7. Enjoy!
